3M 10.1 Oz. 2 Hour Fire Barrier Sealant, Yellow

A smoke and fire stopping sealant for wall and floor penetrations. Latex-based, easy-to-handle formulation bonds to concrete, metal, wood, plastic, and cable jacketing. Dries to a firm, rubber-like solid. During a fire, product expands to maintain a tight seal against smoke and flame for 2 hours. CPVC compatible in accordance with FGG/BM product compatibility program. Typical applications: Blank openings, metallic pipe, cable, nonmetallic pipe, insulated pipe, and HVAC duct penetrations. Tested in accordance to: ASTM E814 (UL1479), ASTM E84 (UL723), ASTM E1966 (UL2079). Clean tools with soap and water. Yellow in color. 10.1 Fl. Oz. cartridge. Continuous operating temperature not toexceed 120 deg. F. (48 deg. C).
